FAQ

Is this just for experienced competitors?

No. Wade coaches athletes preparing for their first competition as well as experienced competitors chasing a podium. What matters is that you have a competition booked and you're serious about your prep. Your questionnaire will tell Wade where you're at.
How far out from my competition should I start?

The earlier the better — but Wade can work with most timelines. Tell him your competition date in the questionnaire and he'll let you know if the timing works and how he'd structure the block.
What if I don't know the exact events yet?

Not a problem. Wade can program around likely events for your federation and weight class. Once the event list is confirmed he adjusts your program accordingly.
Why only 3 athletes per block?

Because every session gets reviewed, every call gets Wade's full attention, and every program gets genuinely adjusted week to week. That level of coaching isn't possible at volume. Three athletes means three athletes getting the real thing.
What happens after I apply?

Fill in the questionnaire with your competition details, current training, goals and background. Wade reviews your application and gets back to you within 24 hours. If there's a spot available and it's the right fit, you'll be in.
