Do I need a specific gym or equipment?

No. Wade programs around whatever you have access to — a fully equipped commercial gym, a basic setup, or training at home. You tell him what's available in the questionnaire and he works with it.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this suitable?

Yes. Wade coaches athletes at all levels — from people who've never touched a barbell to experienced lifters chasing new records. Your questionnaire tells him where you're at and he programs accordingly.
How many days per week do I need to train?

That depends on your availability and goals. Wade builds the program around what you can commit to — tell him in the questionnaire and he'll structure it accordingly. Most programs run 3–5 days per week.
What happens after I pay?

You'll complete a short questionnaire covering your training history, goals, equipment, schedule and any injuries. Wade reviews everything and builds your program within 48 hours. You get access to your client portal where your full 6-week program lives.
Can I continue after 6 weeks?

Yes. Many clients come back for another block after their first 6 weeks. Wade will be familiar with your training by then, which means the second program will be even more dialled in. Just reach out when you're ready.
